A very full fall

Hi friends, we are writing this post as we prepare for 4 big events in the next two months.  First, after 3 years of prepping and planning, we are finally producing our site-specific spectacle LOST IN THE MEADOW on an 80-acre field at the Longwood Gardens Botanical Conservatory outside Philadelphia.  The show was commissioned by Longwood and People’s Light and Theatre, and we are working with a dream team of designers Mimi Lien, Brendan Connelly, and Nick Kourtides….  Right after MEADOW opens we head to Milton-Freewater in Oregon for a site visit for our MILTON project.  Along with the city, we just received an NEA Our Town grant to support the project there.  From Milton-Freewater we hop up to Seattle where we kick off a year of work with UW drama students, using MILTON as a model to lead them through the creation of their own community-derived pieces.  From Seattle we zoom back to New Orleans where we finally get to bring HOW TO BUILD A FOREST back to the city that is the home and inspiration for that piece. Please come find us somewhere along the way!
